Health Sciences Charter School strives to maintain a competitive, market driven benefit package that attracts, motivates and retains talented, innovative and passionate educators and team members who are enthusiastic about our mission and culture.
Base salaries will be guided by salary ranges set between the market median and the 75th percentile. Compensation studies are regularly performed and reviewed to assure the school’s competitive advantage both in starting salaries and salaries paid to veteran staff. Regional and/or local market data is used as the primary point of comparison.
Health Sciences Charter School is committed to providing an environment that promotes and protects the health, well-being, and the ability of its students and staff members to learn and work by fostering components of: 1) nutritional education; 2) physical activity; 3) workplace health and wellness; and 4) other school-based activities.
