Compensation
Base salaries will be guided by salary ranges set between the market median and the 75th percentile. Compensation studies are regularly performed and reviewed to assure the school's competitive advantage both in starting salaries and salaries paid to veteran staff. Regional and/or local market data is used as the primary point of comparison.
