Health Sciences Charter School Field Trip Student Code of Conduct
Participating in a field trip is a privilege, and all students are expected to represent Health Sciences Charter School with professionalism, respect, and responsibility. To ensure a safe and successful trip, students must adhere to the following expectations:
1. Dress Code & Appearance
Students must be in full school uniform throughout the entire trip.
Uniforms must be worn properly, following all school dress code policies.
2. Behavior & Expectations
Students must follow all school rules and behavioral expectations as if they were in the classroom.
Show respect to all teachers, staff, chaperones, presenters, and members of the public.
Follow all instructions and guidelines given by trip leaders and venue staff.
Remain with the group at all times and do not wander off without permission.
Represent Health Sciences Charter School in a positive and professional manner.
3. Cell Phone Use
Phones must remain in the Yondr pouch throughout the trip.
If a student is dismissed directly from the field trip, they may keep their phone put away in their bag or pocket instead.
Unauthorized use of a phone may result in disciplinary action.
4. Safety & Accountability
Follow all safety protocols and behave in a manner that ensures the well-being of everyone on the trip.
Be on time for all scheduled activities, including departure and return times.
Report any issues or concerns to a teacher or chaperone immediately.
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in disciplinary action, loss of future field trip privileges, and/or additional consequences as determined by school administration.
By attending the field trip, students agree to uphold these expectations and represent Health Sciences Charter School with integrity, responsibility, and respect.
