NYS Education Law 2D (Part 121) requires school districts to protect student and staff data related to Personally Identifiable Information (PII), as articulated in the Part 121 of the Regulations of the Commissioner of Education . Reflected below are vendors that the Health Sciences Charter School currently utilizes via contract, however, not all students may be using the programs below.
